TLC - Touch Look Check

Hooters, jugs, bahooba-joobas, knockers, bosoms, melons, boobs... whatever your call your breasts, early detection is the key to successful treatment and increasing your chances of survival. So Breakthrough is using Breast Cancer Awareness Month to remind everyone to show their breasts some TLC.

Show your breasts some TLC

That means:

TOUCH your breasts. Feel for anything unusual

LOOK for changes. Be aware of their shape and texture

CHECK anything unusual with your doctor

Chat with your friends if you are worried

Have a Pink Party

Pink Party

Pink Party: People can choose to hold any type of Pink Party they like. It could be a dinner party, a birthday or Halloween party, a Speed dating or hen party or even a Tupperware party! All they need to do is to make it pink!

For more information visit www.jointhepinkparty.org.uk or call the Pink Party hotline on 0845 059 7707.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Your M&S has a number of pink products which can be used at a Pink Party from cube cakes and chocolate lollies to a range of clothing that can be worn at the Pink Party.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Party Guru Liz Brewer has provided her top 5 party tips: Be inventive to get your guests mingling - such as mixing up table places or giving each guest a badge with an undisclosed story or interesting fact about them to keep the conversation flowing.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Build the suspense with original invites - such as having personalised cupcakes, ribbons or bracelets delivered to guests.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Location, location, location - why not hold your party at a surprise location and arrange for guests to arrive at a meeting point to be taken to the mystery venue. Somewhere like London Zoo or Parliament Hill could be quirky.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Timing is everything - the latest trend on the London party scene is Sunday clubbing. Why not hold your party on a Sunday to mix it up or start the party late so you can carry on past sunrise.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - for instant party regeneration provide your guests with bacon butties and sausage sandwiches in the small hours to keep the party going strong.
