Dear All

Here we are again, it's January, and all of use are recovering from Christmas and New Year and hopefully full of what the new year will bring.

I find myself writing on an extremely cold day with snow forecast, which made me remember when I first took James sledging when he was a baby. I remember wrapping him up so much that he could not move properly, but he loved the snow and sharing a ride with his dad on the bright red sledge.

Ever since then, as soon as there is the slightest possibility of snow the sledge comes out, but this year we have had to get one each as they don't like to share anything. The children picked the round "dustbin lid" style which they found worked very well on smooth shop floors - aargh don't you love those children - well actually I do!

So with a New Year ahead of us, I hope you will find lot's of fabulous new things on the site to give you support and advice through the year. We have lot's of great ideas for the future of the site, and as always I look forward to sharing them with you.
