Some parents look forward to the prospect of longer days and of course the summer holidays, but with plenty of free days to fill, are you a parent that loves it or dreads it?

I am somewhere in the middle! and looking forward to a slower pace of life but not the task of wracking my brains for new 'entertainment' ideas when school/nursery/toddler groups finish for holidays.
