LEGOLAND® Windsor is celebrating its 10th birthday in style with four fantastic new attractions when it opens on 25 March 2006. New additions include a stunning LEGO® brick model display of London, a fantastic digger activity area, a thrilling 4D film and an awesome live-action show. There’s also an outstanding special events programme packed with fun-filled activities to keep you coming back for more!

Marvellous Gardens - 20 & 21 May

Calling all busy bees who love the outdoors! Fifi and the Flowertots will be at LEGOLAND for a fantastic weekend of gardening activities. There’ll be ‘Mini-Beasts’ and ‘Garden Creatures’ workshops, mini-garden making sessions, bonsai-tree making demonstrations plus tours of LEGOLAND’s beautifully landscaped grounds of Miniland.

After Dark Birthday Party - 8 & 9 April

Join in the carnival celebrations at this year’s amazing laser and pyrotechnic show, held to commemorate LEGOLAND® Windsor’s 10th birthday! There’ll be two dazzling laser shows each evening at the Adventure Land Lake, packed with thrilling special effects and stunning laser displays. Acrobats, stilt-walkers and balloon artists will greet you as you enter the park and you can catch more performances down at our Circus Tent, including our hilarious comedy show which runs throughout the day. What’s more, there’s a free party hat for every child who comes to help us celebrate and a free bumper goody bag for children celebrating their tenth birthday on 8 & 9 April 2006!

Capital City Gets a Make-Over

The world-famous Miniland, which contains over 40 million LEGO bricks, is one of LEGOLAND’s most popular areas and new for 2006, families will be amazed to see that the park’s London model area has received an impressive make-over! The capital’s skyline has been brought bang up to date with the addition of famous London landmarks including Canary Wharf, The Gherkin, The Lloyd’s Building, City Hall and the Millennium Bridge.

Take Control of Mechanical Diggers

Venture into the heart of the park and check out the new construction zone, where young master builders aged 4 and upwards can enrol at LEGOLAND’s construction school. Kids can take control of one of 10 full size mechanical diggers and operate it themselves or take a grown-up along for the ride. Its great fun for the family but it’s the child that’s always in control!

Spellbreaker 4D Show

Enjoy the thrill of LEGOLAND’s new medieval adventure film, screened in the Imagination Theatre. It’s full of eye-popping 3D special effects plus lots of spine-tingling physical effects in amazing 4D to keep you on the edge of your seat! ‘Spellbreaker’ will transport you right into the heart of the action where you’ll join our hero, the clever Blacksmith, as he uses his wit and bravery to rescue his princess, then battle against the vile Wizard and his Skeleton Army.

Marvel at the incredible special effects of this 4D spectacular as you experience the icy cold temperatures of frozen wastelands and feel the heat of the dragon’s breath as fire shoots from his mouth. Most importantly, don’t forget to duck for arrows, which almost reach you as they jump out from the big screen!

Brand New Live Action-Show

Catch the jaw-dropping sequel to our Johnny Thunder adventure in the all new, live-action show, ‘Secret of the Scorpion Palace’. Join Johnny as he attempts to rescue Pippin Reed from the evil Sultan in the hunt for the precious sapphire scorpion. There’s lots of daring high dives, fast-paced action sequences, exciting jet-ski races around LEGO City Harbour and plenty of audience participation!

Only individuals who are registered or register with the site before 31st March 2006 will be eligible to enter the prize draw.

Only persons over the age of 18 years old are eligible to enter this competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.

There is no cash alternative.

The judge's decision is final.

We reserve the right to display the names of prize winners on the site. No other personal identifiers will be used. Anyone who does not want their name to be displayed should email the site once they have registered or submitted an entry request.

Prizes will be held for 2 weeks from the notification date above. If a prize is not claimed within this time it will be forfeit and a draw will be made to select a winner.
