Terms and Conditions of Pram Envy Survey Competition
- The promoter of this competition is Yell Limited, Queens Walk, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7PT, United Kingdom ("Yell").
This competition is open to residents of mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man aged 18 and over ("Entrants"), excluding employees of Yell Limited or associated companies (or members of their immediate families), their agents or anyone else involved in the administration of this prize competition.

- The closing date for entries is midnight on 18 October 2006.
- Only one entry per Entrant.
- Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A further copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided upon request to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- The winners will be drawn from the correct entries received. The prize draw will take place on 20 October. The first correct entry drawn by an independent judge will win. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by telephone by 27 October 2006.
- The prize will be one Sony DCR - DVD92 Camcorder. The prize will be sent to the winner by 6 November 2006.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered.
- The award of the prize and arrangements for delivery will be at the discretion of the Promoter following provision by the winners of proof of their eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity concerning this promotion including attending a photo shoot.
- By entering this competition you consent to your name and county of residence being made publicly available in the event that you win. The name and county of the prize winner will be made available for six weeks after 27 October 2006 to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope marked "results" to the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, or postpone this promotion at any time without notice.
