P-p-pick up a Penguin this Easter as Warner Home Video announces the highly anticipated DVD release of the CGI animated smash hit movie Happy Feet.

The family entertainment blockbuster which stole the show at the box office, knocking James Bond Casino Royale off the much coveted No. 1 spot, dances its way onto DVD on 26th March 2007.

Directed by George Miller (Babe, Lorenzo’s Oil, Mad Max Trilogy) and voiced by an all-star cast that includes Elijah Wood, Robin Williams, Brittany Murphy, Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Hugo Weaving and the late Steve Irwin recorded just a month before he died, Happy Feet combines comedy, action-adventure, romance and a sound environmental message with a super groovy soundtrack and a cast of seriously cute characters. With stunning photo-real imagery unlike any other CGI animated movie to date, DVD fans will be transported to the wilderness of Antarctica and slap bang to the heart of the action as Happy Feet debuts on DVD.

Emperor penguins have lived for centuries with one simple goal in life: to find their soul mates through their own unique heart song. Meet our hero Mumble (Elijah Wood), son of Memphis (Hugh Jackman) and Norma Jean (Nicole Kidman) who is the worst singer in the world but he is a brilliant tap dancer! Unfortunately in Antarctica his toe-tapping talent is deemed peculiar and poor Mumble is branded an outcast by the Emperor Elders: he’s even accused of causing the mysterious fish famine which is gripping the penguin community and threatening their way of life!

Mumble decides to leave his family and goes on a journey to determine the real cause of the fish famine so he can prove his innocence. All adrift in a lonely hostile world, he meets The Amigos, a wise-cracking comedy crew of Latino Adelie penguins led by Ramon (Robin Williams), who think Mumble’s smooth dance moves are ‘accidentally cool’ and a great way to impress the chicas!

The Amigos help him realise the importance of being true to oneself and that being unique is a good thing. Mumble uses courage, determination and, of course, his "happy feet" to discover the truth, save Emperor Land and win the heart of his soul mate Gloria (Brittany Murphy).

The Happy Feet DVD is loaded with fun features that include Behind the Scenes of Happy Feet and Creating the Tap featurettes, the Dance like a Penguin: Stomp to the Beat challenge, "Somebody to Love" music video sung by Brittany Murphy and two deleted scenes entitled Mumble Meets a Blue Whale and A Happy Feet Moment.

The surprise success of March of the Penguins which won the 2006 Academy Award for Best Documentary and the popularity of shows like Planet Earth produced by legendary naturalist and broadcaster Sir David Attenborough whose 1993 documentary ‘Life in a Freezer’ inspired George Miller to make Happy Feet, confirms that we are all p-p-potty about Penguins. Only persons over the age of 18 years old are eligible to enter this competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.

There is no cash alternative.

The judge's decision is final.

We reserve the right to display the names of prize winners on the site. No other personal identifiers will be used. Anyone who does not want their name to be displayed should email the site once they have registered or submitted an entry request.

Prizes will be held for 2 weeks from the notification date above. If a prize is not claimed within this time it will be forfeit and a draw will be made to select another winner.
