Cheese And Vegetable Supper

1. 25 ml milk (you can use breast milk or formula)
2. 4oz cottage cheese
3. 2oz cooked peas
4. 3oz cream cheese
5. 1oz finely grated mild cheddar
6. 1oz cooked carrots

Mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar and milk together until well blended.

Stir in the hot, cooked vegetables.

Finish off with a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
