Background

ForParentsByParents.com is one of the leading parenting sites in the UK and it is also one of the fastest growing websites. We aim to provide independent, easy to read and agenda free information for parents-to-be and new parents alike. We work with some of the best parenting brands and complement the site with experts when appropriate. We are now looking to grow our sales team to enable us to maintain and develop our growth.

The Challenge

We are looking for dedicated and hard working sales professionals to join our team in selling advertising opportunities to relevant brands. The right person will have the ability to build relationships with our advertising partners.

Key personal attributes include:

• Target driven and motivated by success
• Able to work as part of a close multi disciplined team
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Confident in own abilities
• Keen to accept responsibility and ownership

Key skills include:

• Ability to build relationships on the phone, e-mail and face to face
• Closure of sales - following the sale through to closure
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
• Organised and able to manage own work load
• Good communications skills both written and spoken

Experience:

• Ideally a proven track record in online B2B sales
• Definitely some sales experience in a B2B environment

The roles are based in our offices in Thame, Oxfordshire.
